Grace Baptist Church is an Old Fashion, Fundamental, Pre-Tribulation, Pre-Millennial, KJV Only Baptist Church. We function as a Body, with Christ as the Head. Our Commission in the World is the Great Commission, (that is to reach a Lost and Dying world with the message that Jesus Christ Saves). We are unashamed of the Gospel, for it is the Power of God unto Salvation. Our world view is to have the mind of Christ, to see the world the way Christ sees the world. Our Hope is in Jesus. Our Mission field is the world. Our Task is to reach the Lost at any cost. Our Purpose is to Maintain the course and finish well. Our Desire is to see Revival in the church, the community, and the country. Our Authority is Solely the Bible, (It is the Word of God).
1st You Must Repent:
"I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." (Luke 13:3)
Repentance is a change in heart, a change of belief. To repent is to turn from self-righteousness or self-dependency and turn to God.
2nd You Must Believe Christ Is The Only Way:
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6)
No one else had such a prophetic birth, lived a sinless life, did such miraculous things, or rose from the dead. No other person could ever hold to the title of "God's only begotten Son" as he did. If you want to go to Heaven, Jesus is the way, the ONLY way!
3rd You Must Be Born Again:
"Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." (John 3:3)
You may realize you need God's forgiveness and that Jesus is the only way for this to happen. There is still one thing, however that you must have. You must have a spiritual birth. To have eternal life, you must accept Jesus as the only way and ask Him to become your Savior. The moment you do this in faith, you will be born again.
4th You Must Personally Pray and Receive Christ:
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)
To pray and receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior is as simple as talking to God like you would talk to any other person. That's what the Bible means when it says "call upon the name of the Lord." Ask Jesus to save you and forgive you and to take you to Heaven when you die, and He will because He is the only one that can save you.
